Abnormal action
The general action is as follows: the master cylinder is fast down, the pressure is slow down, the pressure is maintained, the pressure is relieved, the return stroke, the ejection, the top retreat, and the rest are static. 2, no slow down: normal slow down when the back pressure is adjusted at 5~10 MPa, too high system is easy to heat, B cavity safety relief valve is adjusted at 15 MPa, too small to fall easily, too high plug-in failure is easy The pressure squib such as BP1 has no pressure according to the above method, BP1 has pressure, and BP2 has no pressure to eliminate the safety spill valve of the upper cylinder. There is no leakage, and the filling valve is stuck in the open state, so BP1 and BP2 are both leaked. If there is pressure, the oil inlet valve of the upper cylinder of the master cylinder does not open normally.

It is easier to eliminate the case where the pressure is not tight.
4, pressure relief: normal pressure relief pressure is generally adjusted in 3~5 MPa time 2~3 seconds. If the adjustment is improper, abnormal noise will occur, vibration will easily cause mechanical failure, affecting the service life of the whole machine, etc. Attention should be paid to the electrical signal to be the normal low pressure system and solenoid valve of the filling valve.
